We believe that every child requires a unique approach to solve their problems, one that is inherently personal and cannot be universally prescribed. The most crucial step in coaching is to foster an inner motivation for change. Children should aspire to move from their current situation to their desired destination for their own sake, not for external validation or punishment. Through the coaching process, children become more aware of their abilities and enhance their quality of life through their actions. Coaching children is about developing their potential. This journey of excitement focuses on the child’s inner world—abilities, interests, desires—and uncovers creative solutions to their problems. These strategies, developed within the child, make them unique, capable, and responsible individuals. Our goal in coaching children up to the age of 12 is to instill the concept of coaching in their minds. Therefore, it is essential to approach the coaching process objectively, practically, and concretely.
